My Background

Sallyann is a qualified Complementary Therapist since 2016. She graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University July 2020 where she achieved a BSc (Hons) Complementary Healthcare (with Practitioner Status). This is where she gained her level 5 in Clinical Reflexology

Reflexology is a non intrusive complementary treatment it is based on the theory that different points on the feet/hands & face correspond with different areas of the body. It can help with many condition and provides the space for deep relaxation.

Sallyann has also undertaken additional courses. She trained in reproflexology by the award winning Barbra Scott of seren fertility. Reproflexology is a fertility reflexology technique. This is where she learnt the treatment protocols to help improve both male and female fertility and the improve outcome for couples trying to conceive.

Sallyann is also a registered Reflexology Lymph Drainage practitioner she trained with Sally Kay in 2017. Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a technique which focuses on stimulating the reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body.

Sallyann has also gained her Master Reiki Practitioner certificate with Ann Moseley. Reiki is a profoundly relaxing treatment which can work holistically and will always go to the level physical, mental or emotional where it is most needed to restore well-being.

At the beginning of 2023 Sallyann trained with Ziggie Bergman, Ziggie’s is the Winner of the Association of Reflexologists Award for Excellence and Innovation in Reflexology for creating the Bergman Method and Zone Face Lift. Sallyann have also completed Facial reflexology & Menopause Reflexology with Ziggie.
