1. Facial Reflexology can improve symptoms quickly, just follow the instruction on the chart. For home use, apply techniques using the back of a teaspoons. Slide it from the center outwards after applying a few drops of facial oil, and keep it in the fridge before use. The cold calms inflammation and irritation and reduces any puffiness. When applying these the techniques professionally I recommend using our stainless steel mushroom gua sha, as they hold the cold and are surgical grade and hypoallergenic.
2. Turmeric and its chemical compound Curcumin has been scientifically proven to reduce inflammation. It can directly target inflammation, which is why it’s recommended for Hay Fever by blocking pro-inflamaitory signalling molecules such as nuclear factor kappa B (NF-Kb) and interleukin 8 (IL-8).
3. Take a teaspoon of Local Honey during Hay Fever season and for a month or two before each season. If you ingest the pollens that trigger Hay Fever, it is believed you can build up immunity.
